At a conference in London Councils we were asked to present some key questions and themes
from the 'Cabinet Member for your Ward' publication and the 21st century work in Hackney.
Cllr Erica Kemp, the co-author of this book which focusses on the perspectives of three
ward councillors and their neighbourhood officer in navigating around their local strategic
and community issues.
